Shipping & Returns
Delivery InformationAt Memory Master, we aim to ship fast. In almost all cases, our latest dispatch date (from the warehouse) will be the very next business day. In many cases, it can actually be same-day dispatch. We do try and work with the most reliable and speedy courier partners, but there are things out of our control (and perhaps even out of theirs) that sometimes impact on timelines. As a result, the speed at which the item arrives at your door is a little variable, but here are a few of our options that are available to you, depending on your needs.
Standard ShippingWe ship to all Australian states and territories, and aim to do so as fast as possible. Our Standard Shipping option will utilise the fastest (but cheapest) available delivery option for your address, however this may take between 1-3 business days depending on your location.
Standard Shipping is flat rate, and costs just $11 no matter the number of products you order, the size of them, or how far they're going. Compared to others in our industry, we think this is really a bargain.
Express ShippingIf you're in a hurry to get your product, Express Shipping is for you. We'll find the best courier or delivery option to get your product to you pronto – and this could even be next day delivery. If you order before 2pm Sydney time, we'll do our best to get it out and delivered in the next day's run; but after this time you may need to add 1 business day before you'll see your goods. At just $15, we feel like this is really the sweet spot between waiting an age, and costing a fortune.
This is also flat rate shipping, and the cost will not increase if you order additional/heavy/bulky products.
Local Pickup (Warehouse Collect)
We've heard the call, and we've listened... Memory Master is now offering limited local pickup options. If the product you want is in stock in your state, then you can choose free local pickup at checkout and collect directly from our supplier warehouse. This is not a retail storefront, and is a warehouse only, so you must place (and pay for) your order first. In addition, the full pickup address will be emailed to you when your order is ready to collect – which can sometimes take a few hours, depending on the order volume the warehouse is currently processing.
Our supplier warehouses are located in the following suburbs around Australia:
Adelaide CBD, 5000
Noble Park, 3174
New South Wales
Osborne Park, 6017
All of these warehouses are open from 8:30am to 5:30pm local time, but only Monday through Friday (and closed public holidays). For more details, please get in touch before you place your order.
If you place an order for local pickup and your item is not currently in stock, in your state, your order will be placed on hold automatically and we will contact you to determine the best course of action.
Some Things to NoteIn all cases, we'll try to send you the product from the closest geographical warehouse (either Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth) to speed up the process – but we do work with external suppliers who can run out of stock in particular locations. Fear not though, as we'll hunt you down the next closest delivery location. As a result though, we cannot guarantee delivery times in all cases, and once the product leaves our warehouses the actual delivery of your product is largely out of our hands. If something seems fishy, we'll do our best to get it resolved, but couriers work in mysterious ways...
Occasionally a tracking number is not provided for deliveries, but in almost all cases, we'll be sure to pass it on as soon as it's assigned so you can see the latest status.
Stock AvailabilityWe don't want to pressure you into buying something – and we'll try to never incorrectly list anything that is out of stock. If you order something that we can't get to you quickly, we'll be in touch – no questions asked – and work out if you just want to wait a few days, get an alternative, or cancel the order and hunt around.
Generally though, our suppliers work hard to keep stock available of a huge range of products – so there's no need to be concerned about low stock levels. If we have stock in an interstate warehouse, we'll ship from there! (...and that's all at the same cost). All of our products feature a stock level indicator that shows you the stock available in each state's warehouse – if it's available in your state, it will be delivered in a snap.
If you want to be completely certain, you are more than welcome to get in touch with us at any stage – however it may just be quicker to put in the order, so that we see your intentions loud and clear.
Returns and Other Terms
ReturnsBecause memory is (generally) a very fragile item, and other tech items are highly volatile in terms of pricing, we do not accept returns purely for change of mind reasons. As a result, please be really careful when you select your product – we want you to get the right one, and to be happy with your purchase! No buyer's remorse at Memory Master.
We do, of course, offer refunds if a product has a major problem. Just be sure to let us know when you receive it, or as soon as you know it's an issue. To clarify, a product or good has a major problem when:
- it has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if they’d known about it
- it is significantly different from the description
- it is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time
- it doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or
- it is unsafe.
Replaced products will be of an identical type to the product originally supplied, and refunds will be the same amount you have already paid, provided in the same form as your original payment.
